有關108-1學期TA證書與TA獎勵金申請方式，請參閱以下說明。

【TA證書申請】
只要完成 2必修+ 2選修 = 4門課程的同學 (跨學期線上或實體修課皆可列入計算，其中實體至少2門)，12月申請同學請至http://www.cte.ndhu.edu.tw/files/87-1010-2370.php網路申請證書，並上傳符合2+2課程之學習護照以示證明。申請同學於第十八週（109/1/6後）至中心領取TA證書。若已有證書且本學期擔任TA者，須選擇一門實體或線上課程進修回流。

【優良TA獎勵金申請】
欲申請優良TA的同學，若您是擔任本學期（108-1）的教學助理，並持有TA證書(或攜帶符合資格之學習護照)，且授課教師同意卓越中心到班施測TA滿意度調查，請於第十五週（12/16-12/20）攜帶相關申請表至教學卓越中心（行政大樓411）辦理申請，逾期不受理，趕緊把握申請機會，我們將擇優選拔15名優良TA（可獲優良TA獎狀一式與三千元獎勵金）！！

【Application for TA certificate and TA Excellence Awards】
TAs have to complete 2 compulsory courses and 2 elective courses, you may take online or on-campus courses, but at least 2 of which must be on-campus. Then you can apply for the TA certificate online ( http://www.cte.ndhu.edu.tw/files/87-1010-2370.php), and then get it at the administration building 411 (Center for Teaching Excellence) after Jan, 6, 2020
If you are a current TA with a TA certificate, you may apply for the TA Excellence Awards from Dec, 16 to Dec, 20. Click the following link.
